Confidential · any number of years · one fixed price
Years behind with SARS? It doesn't matter how many.
You haven't logged into eFiling in a long time. You know roughly what's waiting; you just don't know the number, and it sits at the back of your mind every month. We do this every week: we pull your profile, list what's outstanding, reconstruct and file the backlog the most tax-efficient way, apply for penalty relief where there are grounds, and get your tax clearance PIN back. No lecture, no hourly billing.
What happens if you keep waiting
SARS doesn't forget. It adds up.
Admin penalties, monthly
Every outstanding return attracts a recurring penalty, every month, until it's filed. Waiting is the expensive option.
Estimated assessments
If you don't file, SARS files for you, and its guess at what you earned is never in your favour.
No tax clearance PIN
No tenders, no bank facilities, no supplier onboarding. The PIN is the fastest-growing reason businesses phone us.
How we do it
The most tax-efficient way, not the fastest way.
Anyone can file six years of returns in a hurry. We reconstruct the books properly first, so what gets filed is the real picture and you end up owing the least the law allows, not the amount SARS estimated.
And because the people doing the catch-up are the same people who will plan your tax going forward, it never happens again.
Confidential first call
Tell us roughly how far behind you are and what's outstanding. No judgement; we've seen worse.
We pull your SARS profile
With your eFiling access we list every outstanding return, penalty and assessment, and give you one fixed price within 48 hours.
Reconstruct, file, relieve
Books reconstructed from bank statements, returns filed, penalty remission and voluntary disclosure applied for where you qualify.
Compromise where the debt justifies it
If what's owed is more than the business can pay, we prepare a SARS tax compromise application to settle it for less. It's our specialty, and we'll tell you upfront that SARS takes months to decide.
Compliant, with a PIN
Tax clearance restored, CIPC in order, and a monthly accountant so you never log in to a backlog again.
Pricing
One fixed price. You'll know it before we start.
Every catch-up is different: one year behind with clean bank statements is not the same as six years with three entities. So we don't publish a rate card. We pull your SARS profile, list exactly what's outstanding, and give you one fixed price for the whole catch-up within 48 hours of eFiling access.
The price covers everything
Reconstruction, every outstanding return, penalty relief applications, CIPC, and your tax clearance PIN. VDP and compromise applications are quoted with it, so there's nothing added later.
No hourly billing
The price doesn't move if SARS takes longer to respond or your records are messier than expected.
Bundled with a monthly accountant
Every catch-up includes a monthly retainer from the month we start, so the backlog never comes back. How the retainer works.
SARS tax compromise
When the debt is bigger than the business.
A tax compromise is a formal application under the Tax Administration Act to settle a tax debt for less than the full amount, where SARS is satisfied that it will recover more that way than by pursuing the full debt. It needs a complete, honest picture of the business and its owner, prepared properly. We've prepared many; we know what SARS looks for and what gets an application refused.
We'll tell you plainly on the first call whether yours is a compromise case, a payment-arrangement case, or a simple catch-up.
Confidential, from the first message
Nobody at your bank, your suppliers or your family hears about it from us. Ever.
We talk to SARS, you don't
As your registered tax practitioners we handle the correspondence, the calls and the deadlines.
Companies, CCs, trusts, individuals
Including groups where several entities are behind, and sole proprietors who never registered properly.

The ones everyone asks.
Will SARS come after me if I start filing now?
Coming forward voluntarily is treated very differently from being found. Voluntary disclosure exists precisely for this, and penalties are generally lower when you approach SARS rather than the other way round. We'll tell you which route applies to you.
I don't have records for those years.
Almost nobody does. We reconstruct from bank statements, invoices, and what SARS already holds on your profile. Missing records are the normal case, not the exception.
Can you guarantee the penalties will be removed?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. We apply for remission and voluntary disclosure relief where there are grounds, and we've had many successes, but the decision is SARS's.
What does a compromise actually involve, and how long does it take?
A full disclosure of the business's and the owner's financial position, a proposal of what can realistically be paid, and a motivated application. Be realistic about time: SARS's debt management division works through a backlog, and a compromise takes months, not weeks, from a complete application. It only works when the picture is honest and complete, which is why we prepare it ourselves rather than hand you a form, and why we keep SARS informed throughout.
Can we start in November and finish in January?
Yes. For clients who join us in November, the retainer starts on 1 December with document collection and profile access, and the reconstruction work runs from mid-January. You'll know the full timeline before you pay anything.
